This Privacy Policy describes how Marketing Architect Studio LLC ("Studio," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data through our website, services, courses, communications, and digital products.

2.5 Business data (for B2B engagements)

For services such as Marketing MRI, Architecture Sync, and Corporate Workshops, we may process marketing performance data, sales funnel information, advertising metrics, website analytics, P&L summaries, and other commercial information that you share with us under non-disclosure terms.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying directly with "unsubscribe," or emailing hello@marketingarchitect.net. Marketing consent is optional and separate from service delivery.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, analyze website usage, and (with consent) measure advertising effectiveness. Third-party tools we use may include Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.

8. Session and call recordings

Courses, webinars, group sessions, and consultation calls may be recorded for educational and quality purposes. Recordings may be used for:

• Access by current and future participants of the same program
• Internal program improvement
• Documentation of agreed outcomes

Participants are not required to enable cameras. We do not publicly use recordings, advertise with them, or repurpose them as standalone course material without explicit consent. Where recordings include your voice, image, or name, you may request exclusion in advance.

9. Group communication channels

For some courses or programs we use group channels on platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram. Membership in such groups means your name, profile photo, username, and phone number may be visible to other members according to that platform's design. By joining, you accept these visibility rules.

10. Third parties and service providers

To run the Studio, we use third-party platforms including (without limitation):

• Website, CRM, email automation, and course delivery platforms
• Calendar, video conferencing, and document tools
• Payment processors
• Analytics and advertising platforms
• Messaging platforms and social networks
• Accountants, legal counsel, and other professional advisors
• Specialist contractors and partners engaged for client delivery

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only as necessary to deliver requested services, meet legal obligations, or with your consent.

11. International data transfers

Some of the platforms and processors we use are located outside Georgia, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, those providers handle it according to their own privacy policies and the safeguards required by applicable law.

12. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to fulfill our legal obligations, or to handle disputes. In particular:

• Inquiry data: retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless you become a client
• Client data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for accounting and tax compliance
• Financial records: retained per Georgian tax law (currently 7 years)
• Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn

You may request deletion at any time. We will honor the request unless we are required to retain the data by law, contract, or legitimate business need (which we will explain).

13. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether we process your data
• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct, complete, or update your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Request deletion of your data, where no legal basis for retention exists
• Withdraw consent at any time

For EU/UK residents: you have additional rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

14. Minors

Our B2B services (Marketing MRI, Architecture Sync, Corporate Workshops) are intended for adults and businesses. Individuals aged 16 or older may participate in educational products with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is fully secure. We recommend that you avoid sharing sensitive information in forms, group chats, or live sessions when it isn't strictly necessary.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions take effect upon publication on this page, with the new "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email where appropriate.
